Terrible experience — non-existent customer support, fake offers, and month-long delays
I am beyond frustrated with my experience buying from Rebel. I ordered a crib on July 16th. Days went by, and the status remained stuck on "Order Confirmed" with no shipment update. When I finally reached out, they provided a vague, canned explanation and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. Because I am on a tight timeline and didn't have the luxury to restart the research and buying process from scratch, I asked for a replacement.
They placed the replacement order, and guess what? History is repeating itself. It has now been over a week since the replacement was processed, and it is still sitting on "Order Confirmed" without shipping.
This is hands-down the most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. There is no real support team to speak to, explanations are non-existent, and you have to wait days just to get a basic update on your order. At this point, it feels like they post fake offers to get your money, give stupid excuses when they can't fulfill them, and leave customers hanging when time-sensitive items like nursery furniture are needed.
Save yourself the stress and shop anywhere else. I will never buy from Rebel again.
