This app has been such a breath of fresh air when all of my other favorite social sharing apps have become too over-stimulating, too algorithmic, too many people trying to sell something. Rec League right now feels like a group text with cool people just sharing things that they find interesting whether itโs articles, concepts, products, art/design/music/films or even moments of delights or things people find that make their life easier/happier/better. Iโve found a lot of great travel recommendations and even things Iโve saved to do in my hometown! Some people have paywalled content but there is a lot that is free! Iโve definitely gotten the shoppies from products or clothing people have endorsed on here but none of the the things recommended feel like spon con or how it feels when companies have clearly reached out to influencers to style their new clothing/product line.
