There are no instructions on how to use the app. No FAQ. The app is just there for you to figure out on your own.

Great calc for RE investors
I use this app for calculating all types of loans for my investments. Very functional and simple to use. Everything I wanted in a mortgage app with no extra fluff.
Feature missing in your application
There should be a way to calculate the loan amount with the information of payment, interest rate and term.
It’ll only there is an option for…
If only this app has an option to add HOA, property taxes, pmi to calculate into payment, it would of been a 5 star app and I wouldn’t mind paying for it. In the meantime, I would have to keep searching.

Calculations are correct. Awful UI. Why use this app when there are others out there, that do the same and don’t have a lousy UI.
