What happened?
Used to be great but now every time I try to use it it crashes. Enter data in the various fields OK but touch the go arrow and poof—quits. Now totally unusable. iOS 7?
Kid colors
I have used this calculator for a while now and have very satisfied until now. The input screen has been changed to little kids colors, not professional looking. I miss the old input screen and am shopping for a new one.

The functions are easy to use, very intuitive, takes less than 60 seconds to become a pro at it , I am not that Tech savy,

I like the app, but the MI calc could be easier. I would to be able to enter a % and let the calculator do the math for the monthly MI.
Other than that, it's great.
A huge upgrade would be a 2 loan comparison with closing costs and apr, but that at least another $10!

This is the worst app I have ever bought... I have never left leas than 3 stars but this app does nothing.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Great App for Mortgage Loan Professionals
Please add cumulative totals after each year on Amortization Schedule. This would be a great feature when comparing rates and terms. Customers are always wanting to see the difference.

I have dozens of apps and have never written a review of one - good or bad. This is by far the most often used app on my phone. I depend upon it for regular calculations as well as the more complicated formulas that I use almost daily as a Realtor. I cannot tell you how nice it is to be able to tell a client how much a payment will be or what the difference between payments will be when comparing homes. I have never had a problem with the application. It has worked flawlessly for me, and I have had it for well over a year. Kudos to the developer. A wonderful product!
