Good, but that's just it.

Although I don't use the app too often, it seems to work just fine. I've run into no issues however, seems that's where it stops. UI Design does what it’s supposed to. That’s great, but that's it.. nothing exiting or engaging about it. So not a complaint or bad review, just needs some work, other than that, great app!!

Recalls

Why are we having so many recalls on our food. I have never seen so many recalls in my life what are they putting in our food. CDC you need to get a handle on this before it goes any further

Old and outdated

Like others have said, this app is old and outdated. It’s hard to figure out what products are being recalled exactly. There are no product images. Recall alerts are useless. The links take you to external news sites which are full of ads and potentially spam. There are better recall apps out there especially for food recalls which are modern and consumer-friendly.

Needs a bit updating for my region

This is a very nice app. My only gripe with it is that it’s not specific to my country (USA), continuing to give me info for the UK, and USA and others places. It’s a lot of going through the information to find the recalls for my area.
I have tried contacting the company to find out how to go about adjusting the app to my region, but I never get a reply. Hopefully, this review will prompt the company to update their app so I can update the region.
Other than that, I find the info very good, the app notification is very helpful. The app doesn’t crash, and it is an abundance of very useful information and resources!
