Waste of Time!!
Ended up deleting my account. I just found the new policies to be SO time consuming that it wasn’t worth my time anymore! They changed the redemption rates and it would now take 30 weeks to get a $25 gift card. I personally am not interested in playing games and watching the videos daily got to be extremely draining. I just wanted to take pictures of receipts for points! Sad because I was a member for over 10 years. If they change the app to how it used to be I would rejoin.

WONT DELETE MY ACCOUNT & DATA
I wrote like 4 times to delete my account and they responded once saying it’s deleted and 2 weeks later it’s still active. I emailees 3 times. They won’t respond. Worse app ever. I can’t get my money there unless I let them see all my email purchases. I won’t allow that. Online purchases have all my personal info. They won’t delte my account and data, what makes them think I will trust them with more personal info? App used to be good may years ago. Now it’s the worst with invisible customer support. DONT RECOMMEND!!

Loyal User No Longer
I’ve been using this app since 2020, lots of good rewards for your usual retailer (Amazon, Walmart, Visa, etc.), but with inflation (I’m guessing?!) they have changed the amount you need to “cash in” for the rewards 3 TIMES in the past 6 MONTHS, when they hadn’t made a single change in the 6 years prior. You now need almost double the amount of points to use them for even the lowest reward of $5. It will take me months to even get that now, when I was almost there again. Disappointed and it’s just not worth the time, effort, or personal data they are using. Plus when trying to delete your account and personal information they will give you a runaround between 4 different associates for over a week.

This app is the slowest in processing receipts. I use 5 other apps. I can use all 5 in the time it takes me to use this one. Still waiting to see these new “improvements”.
Don’t bother submitting customer service tickets!!!!
Was so excited this app finally got its new gameplay software—UNTIL—I played 40 levels of a game, didn’t get rewarded-submitted a ticket after 24 hour wait-was told I am I eligible (how?) and that I violated a term of service playing the game??? WHAT? Really?? SO SAD
Worst app ever
Someone told me to get this app. I have never had an app that is this bad. Several receipt apps and this is the worst. I scanned my receipts and the next day you get a message saying they couldn’t read it or it was invalid. I have already thrown the receipt in the trash. Tell me when I scan it. Also, how can every single receipt be that hard to read. I have an iPhone 17 with a fantastic camera. Plus I have never had that message with any of the other receipt apps. This app is TRASH!

Nerfed their rewards
A few months ago, they increased the points needed to earn rewards without increasing the points that a card (5 receipts) is worth. Now, the options to cash out for $50 or $100 gift cards is gone??? They’re on their way out
What happened to my points
I have gone on and made sure everything was up to date. Everything that was supposed to be connected not. I need to know what happened because this is unfair.

Horrible app. It’ll put your account on hold and accuse you of fraud if you don’t submit a receipt often enough. Fetch is better.
Their scanning system needs updating
The system will state a receipt is expired or too old even if you snap the receipt the same day or the day before. Their scanning system is missed up bad. It will disqualify receipts that don’t make sense to be disqualified and you can’t go in and try to fix it. So if it scanned and you don’t see what you did wrong, your receipt just lost points. They do pay, I’ll give them that but you don’t earn as fast as you should because you don’t get credit on every receipt.

Slowest app of all
I’ve used this for years. I use six similar apps. I get more receipts rejected than approved. Fo the last few months it runs extremely slow.

They say receipts date June 28th and later are valid the invalid a receipt dated June 28
As expired they try to invalidate as many receipts as the can that are valid according to their own rules, 3 receipts sitting there for days dated June 29th that will suddenly become invalid I guarantee it

Worst app EVER!!!
I have had more problems with this app than any other app used for scanning receipts and more than once cheated me out of my reward and or froze my account t for no reason and I had to email support and wait almost a week for anyone to respond to me. DO NOT GET THIS APP it sucks!!!

I’ve been a user of this app for many years and have never had any issues until recently. I was blocked from my account and could not cash out after being reinstated. I’m very frustrated that the issue has not been resolved, despite me going through all the steps to fix the issue. Customer service is nonexistent. This used to be a great app.

Love the app until newest update scanned receipt from yesterday says it date is older than 2weeks no way to get help on app

Slow and Small Payout
I have been using this appt for several years. It works as far as your weekly sign in and getting 100 points for automatic scan of your attached email and a handful of apps. It does require time because it takes longer than it should just to open the app. It takes time to submit a receipt. It literally goes through a process for each receipt submitted. You need to check in during the week so that you are able to get the maximum points. The most you can earn is 400 points per week. They only allow you to submit a max of 15 receipts which are good for 300 points and the receipts need to be for the week specified. They do not accept pharmacy or repair receipts. If they do not recognize something on the receipt then you won’t get your entire points receipts. I feel like I spend more time trying to get my points from them because their system invalidates receipts. They don’t notify you to correct the issue or resubmit the receipt(s). You will need to check your account regularly to make sure all your receipts were accepted. Lastly, you can only submit your receipts on Sun, Mon, and Tues. Overall, it’s a legit app and they are quick to issue your cash out for gift cards. It just takes several months before you can cash out because you earn points slowly and it’s limited to a maximum each week.
