I have been using this app for years and this app steals receipts stating they’re expired when they are not. I cancelled before but decided to come back. Nothing has changed. So I am canceling again.

The app is not working for me stuck in the email part i did what it ask several times but wont stick
Don’t trust this app
I have worked hard on taking hundreds of receipt pictures, I have yet to get any type of reward at all that I cashed in. Do not trust this app!!

This is so slow, I am losing my patience… times out often

Did they stop trying?
This is the worst receipt scanning app that I have. It's like they stopped trying, they obviously have a daughter company with coin out that works 100 times better than this app. So did we just forget that people were using receipt pal?
I hope, if you guys end up discontinuing this app, you will make sure that users are compensated for all of the receipts that we did scan that take 100 times longer than most other apps to snap and load.

Fun and profitable
Easy to use app
Outdated
App is out dated and with not give you credit for all your receipts . It is quick to short you one way or the other !
Not worth the trouble
Every time I open the app to scan receipts I have to reconnect almost every account. Amazon, Walmart, my email, etc. The few points I get are barely worth all the time and trouble it takes to reconnect my accounts. It’s pretty frustrating.
Videos are never available
A lot of times you try to watch videos to earn points, the videos are never available
Waste of time and EFFORT
I will never recommend this app, I feel it’s 100% a scam not only did they not honor their reward system, as soon as I uploaded a game and was winning a large amount of points so I tried to cash in, of course I get the same note. Everybody does. It seems cause I read the reviews that you contact customer support, and I get a statement back saying that I didn’t honor the rules which every receipt I put in is from me, my fiancé and my son, and not only that it was funny they took every receipt without any note or complaint so the massive amount of points that I was getting was from the game that they obviously were representing, which was a bingo game, which I love, but after all the effort and everything I got so mad I even deleted the game besides deleting this app. Which they tried saying there was fraud or fake receipts. Even my fiancé said that that’s weird cause we never use Cash. We always use our card which has our names right on the receipt. So pretty much they just said we were guilty and no case. Lol if you read reviews, I would take my warning unless in the end do you want to get upset? I’m now using Fetch and love it.

Bad Scanner
I’m seeing the same complaint from other users… Majority of my receipts are flagged as “expired” and dismissed even if it was snapped same day/week. I should be up more points and it doesn’t let you resubmit. No appeal, but customer service. Deleting once I get enough points for a gift card
Total rip off
This used to be a great app, but recently went down the drain. Only 2 green pages to scan receipts, the ads for extra credit are long aggressive and obnoxious. They’re forcing you to watch stupid gambling games as if they wanted all of us became addicted to online gambling.the surveys insists on tracking and giving out personal data, if you say no, you don’t qualify . Awful

Crooks
Played a game and they didn’t reward me points. When I sent a ticket to support they said I violated their terms of service. EXCUSE ME???? I’m so done.
Issues with redeeming points for over a month
I have been trying to redeem my points for over a month now. And each time it locks my account and tells me to email support. I do that, get told my account is fine and that they unlocked it. But that there’s an issue with redeeming points and that they’re trying to fix it. So once again I reach out today and ask if it’s just my account or what. Only to be told they are still trying to fix the issue and will reach out when it’s fixed. It’s been over a month, I just want to redeem my points and be done. At this point this app is causing more frustrations than anything else. I’ve had it for years and since this last update nothing is the same.

Absolutely DO NOT USE
This app is slow at best. Currently it has taken months to “fix” an error with redeeming rewards that continually locks your account. I continue to get replies from the staff saying “we appreciate your patience” and nothing has been resolved with this issue. I’m waiting to redeem $130 worth of rewards so it’s more than frustrating. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO NOT USE THIS APP. There are many other receipt scanning apps that provide far more rewards at a faster pace than this. For example: Fetch, ReceiptJar, CoinOut, Frisbee & Pogo. All of which are far easier to use. You can thank me later. I will be deleting my app once the rewards are finally given to me.

Very slow.
This app is extremely slow. I use other receipt scan apps and they are very efficient and fast. I suggest you update this to make it faster.
Could be better
This one here is one of the worst ones I have done. I’ve had some picky ones, but this is one of the pickiest ones around. I’m constantly getting notified saying that receipt is out of date when it’s not that it doesn’t read a date, but the date is clearly on there among other issues and it’s just at a point where it’s not even worth even contacting support about it.
