Your phone's camera tracks your movement — jump hurdles, duck under gates, step between lanes, and run in place to rack up points. No controller, no wearables, no equipment. If you can stand in front of your phone, you can play. HOW IT WORKS 1. Prop your phone up and step back — the camera sees your whole body. 2. Play on your phone, or put the game on your TV with AirPlay or any browser at play.recess.so. 3. Move. Your body is the controller. A REAL WORKOUT, DISGUISED AS A GAME Dodge trains, grab coins, and outrun the chase in Lane Rush, our full-body endless runner. Pick your intensity — Easy is a light jog, Hard is a real run — and session length from a quick 10 minutes to a full 25. Running in place drives your pace bonus and calorie estimate, with rounds and rest breaks like a proper cardio session. New games land regularly — one subscription, a growing arcade. KEEP THE STREAK ALIVE Daily streaks (with a monthly rest-day freeze), personal records, level progression, and a weekly goal you set yourself. An optional evening reminder nudges you before a streak breaks. YOUR CAMERA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE All body tracking happens on-device with Apple's Vision framework. Camera video is never recorded, never uploaded, never leaves your phone. Even when you cast to a TV, only the game and a stick-figure skeleton are sent — not the camera picture.
