SCAM - BEWARE!
I was told this was a one-time rental fee the ~30 minutes. My phone charged 20 minutes, I’ve been auto-charged $66 for a year subscription that I can’t cancel, and support says their finance team “might respond.”

this app is a trash & a scam do not purchase took me HOURS + DAYS to simply contact support cancel subscription charged 3x after canceling my subscription no Xxx customer service and still nothing even now new update still doesn’t work. Waste of time + money I would give it 0 if I could
Unauthorized charge
Rented a charger for 25 mins for a rate of $10/hr, checked my bank to find they had taken $20. Support was no help and ghosted me after a single reply. Do not rent from these scammers.
Charged me without permission and won’t give me a refund
I scanned the QR code on one of the machines and put in my phone number and the app charged the card I had on my phone for the premium $65 subscription without my consent. I keep going back and forth with a chat bot to get a refund. Don’t get this app just buy a portable charger honestly.
Scam/ fraud, do not use
Charge without concent $20 per month, impossible to cancel because the app stops working, “write to support” button does not work, and the phone number they provided my credit card company is not answered and does not have a voivemail. Shocking this is still in the App Store
Luckily it didn’t work
Can’t get into the app because it needs to be updated, but there is no updated version. Can’t write to support because the button doesn’t work. While doing all this my phone died. But after reading the reviews, I think I lucked out.

Just like other reviews I’ve seen, I was charged almost 70$ immediately upon visiting the app with zero confirmation. This should be illegal and this app should be taken down.

Had 20 dollar unauthorized charges to my phone without me even knowing. Very poor work.

The app is really convenient and has saved the day for me more then once. You can easily find these stations around the city, when I'm running low on power, I don't have to rush home or hunt for a charger— just plug into a station that's usually no more than a 3-4 minute walle away. I love it!

Used the device one time while in a restaurant in NYC, have realized they converted my use to a subscription at $19.99 per month since November. An email inquiry about predatory practice was engaged and they have no resolution. One does not subscribe to an app that is based on a state where they do not live.
My case has been escalated to the risk and fraud departments at their merchant services provider as well as my bank and the App Store for fraudulent and predatory practices.

Perfect when I needed to recharge
