App was misleading and then charged me full subscription without confirmation. No refunds when asked and no human support accessible!

Charged me a whole year of subscription for $65 without me selecting any subscription plan! Completely fraud.
Unauthorized Subscription
Just like other reviews I’ve seen, I was charged almost 70$ immediately upon visiting the app with zero confirmation. This should be illegal and this app should be taken down.

Tried to cancel the subscription, they made it almost impossible to do so, app doesn’t work, customer service is ai generated with no help at all

Had 20 dollar unauthorized charges to my phone without me even knowing. Very poor work.

The app is really convenient and has saved the day for me more then once. You can easily find these stations around the city, when I'm running low on power, I don't have to rush home or hunt for a charger— just plug into a station that's usually no more than a 3-4 minute walle away. I love it!

Used the device one time while in a restaurant in NYC, have realized they converted my use to a subscription at $19.99 per month since November. An email inquiry about predatory practice was engaged and they have no resolution. One does not subscribe to an app that is based on a state where they do not live.
My case has been escalated to the risk and fraud departments at their merchant services provider as well as my bank and the App Store for fraudulent and predatory practices.

Perfect when I needed to recharge
This was a great resource when my son was in the city and his battery was low. He knew he would be over there for hours. And when I needed assistance they were quick to respond and take care of my concern would recommend

BEWARE VERY SHADY CHARGING PRACTICES - app charged me without letting me know - and did not offer a refund. I suggest not using this and buying a power bank yourself if possible, its cheaper and less headache

I have an iPhone 15, and these power banks were charging my phone very poorly. I canceled my subscription to this app last summer, but even after canceling, they kept charging me every month. This is a scam.
They’ll keep charing you even if you cancel
DO NOT download and use this app. I canceled my service last year in August and am still fighting recurring monthly charges from this vendor. I tried contacting them multiple times and all they use is an AI chatbot and never take action. DON’T DOWNLOAD/USE - YOU’LL REGRET IT!!
Unauthorized Subscription
I got to the screen where it asked which subscription I wanted, and I didn’t select one, because it’s ridiculous to charge $20 a month for this. Before knowing this, I connected to apple pay, and authorized the 1 cent verification transaction. I didn’t get a subscription, and I closed the app, and later that day, I see a transaction from recharge city for $20. They signed me up for a subscription I don’t authorize and charged me $20, which I also did not authorize. This should be illegal, so be careful that you don’t get scammed by them.
