Powerful platform.
Rechat gives you everything you need without it being too much. But you have to put in the effort to actually learn it. I spend time cleaning out my database every week, I log AI memos and notes after every interaction with my clients, I fill out all my contact cards, I’m creative with my tagging system, etc. I’ve spent countless hours to learn marketing and flows. If you invest the time, like with any other technology, it pays off more than I can put to words! On top of that, the Rechat team offers so many ways to learn, from workshops everyday to their private Facebook community, to the help center. There’s a level of support I get here that I haven’t found anywhere else. Whenever I’ve needed help, they’ve shown up for me, you just have to ask!

A true time saver
This is one of the few products that are worth the switchover. The shining jewel is the marketing materials, which can turn 10 hours of editing and Canva into 1 hour per week. Rechat also has wonderful employees for app training, special shoutout to Thomas for being so great!
Lots of bugs and no way to use the website
On top of the several bugs that the app has that one has to be reporting to the Rechat team and that takes time of your day to do, one has to wait for an answer and a solution to an app that was promised to solve most of your work related activities. And if for some reason one has the app installed, that means that there’s absolutely no way to use the website in ANY web browser, since it’ll force you to open the app.

HomeServicesofAmerica (Huff)
Maestro has a lot of promise, but as an active agent, it has complicated my workflow rather than streamlining it. The platform feels built for office admins rather than the agents using it in the field. Basic tasks require too many steps, and frequent glitches give the impression this was launched before it was ready. Presenting it as a polished product instead of an opt-in beta test puts agent productivity at risk and risks alienating users. Additionally, the Lucy AI behaves more like a rigid chatbot than a true AI assistant. I'm hoping future updates fix these foundational issues, but right now, it feels overpromised and underdelivered.
