Love my ReChat but it still has some quirks like not being to review video chats I recorded on my I-phone. We are out in the field so much, having the same capabilities on my phone as desk top

Needs improvement
Was Needs to be more user friendly. I tried a utilizing the video but was difficult to circle back to create another was one. Also I wanted to be able to choose the photos in the video
First week in and changing the game
So much capability and time savings. Great as a CRM and marketing tool. Really glad we went this direction!
