Maestro has a lot of promise, but as an active agent, it has complicated my workflow rather than streamlining it. The platform feels built for office admins rather than the agents using it in the field. Basic tasks require too many steps, and frequent glitches give the impression this was launched before it was ready. Presenting it as a polished product instead of an opt-in beta test puts agent productivity at risk and risks alienating users. Additionally, the Lucy AI behaves more like a rigid chatbot than a true AI assistant. I'm hoping future updates fix these foundational issues, but right now, it feels overpromised and underdelivered.

So far, it’s really great. I anticipate with improvements, it’ll only get better. It has a few limitations with dual licensed agents like myself, as well as communications via Forms by SkySlope, as well as missing an option to include my TC and affiliate partners. Again, I anticipate improvements and look forward to utilizing the service.

Love my ReChat but it still has some quirks like not being to review video chats I recorded on my I-phone. We are out in the field so much, having the same capabilities on my phone as desk top

Was Needs to be more user friendly. I tried a utilizing the video but was difficult to circle back to create another was one. Also I wanted to be able to choose the photos in the video
