So far I will only give it 3 stars as I have to wait to confirm it worked and it’s valid as a fax! If it does work and it counts as a fax I’ll give it 5 stars as it was so easy and straight forward to use.

Can take an hour to send 3 pages
It doesn’t sent the fax right away! Tells you it can take up to an hour after you have already submitted the documents to be faxed.

I’ve used other online fax services; these services do not ask for additional info from Apple, Microsoft or Google. In this Information age of HIGH identity theft and misinformation you should be able to fax without requesting personal info not required to send a fax

Like all other reviews app didn’t work . I cancelled free trial immediately and I was still billed for yearly subscription.

not suitable for all uses
some businesses (banks) may not accept this app. Could not connect with the recipient (despite several attempts) and had to purchase a different app which worked immediately.

It should at least charge by the fax not by the month i only needed a 1 time fax.

A complete waste of money and time forced to pay for one year tried multiple times over the course of 2 days finally went to UPS store and faxed on the first try this is a giant rip off of $30
Doesn’t Work!
Don’t download! This app is fake and doesn’t work! I paid for a number and got a notification that I received a document. I went into the app, nothing was there. Checked my email, and nothing was there. I contacted ‘support’ through the app and 10mins later still no response!

This app didn’t work I send two different faxes the app said it was delivered but when I called to verify I was told that the faxes were never received. Money wasted smh
