Recito turns your iPhone into a teleprompter that records. Your script scrolls high, right under the lens, over the live camera — so you look into the camera instead of down at your notes. It feels like Apple's Camera app, with the words where your eyes already are.

THE TELEPROMPTER, DONE RIGHT
- The script sits high under the lens on a frosted, legible scrim — reading reads as eye contact.
- Adjust font size and scroll speed with a slider.
- Preview the scroll before you record to dial in your pace.
- Grab the text with your finger to scrub it mid-take.
- Mirror mode for beam-splitter teleprompter rigs.
PAUSE WITHOUT LOSING THE TAKE
- Pause mid-script and the teleprompter freezes on the word you stopped at — carry on from exactly there.
- You still get ONE video. The pauses are invisible in the result.
- Fluffed a line? Delete just that part and record it again; the script rewinds with it.
- Adjust the scroll speed while paused, and preview it before you carry on.

- 3-2-1 countdown, then record like the stock Camera.
- Front or rear camera, portrait, with audio.
- Shoot several takes and play them back.
- A pace coach reads your delivery in words-per-minute — relaxed, great, or a touch fast.
