Pins aren’t saving and the app itself is extremely buggy. Can’t even use!
Super helpful
Reco has been a game changer living in a big city. I can keep track of all the places people randomly tell me and can actually go. It’s made seeing and trying new things way easier and less frustrating. Obsessed everyone needs.

Buggiest app I’ve ever used. Pinned locations don’t save and often disappear randomly. Love the idea but it needs a lot of work.
Needs a lot of work
Saw an ad for this and was super excited as it would solve so many of the issues my friends and I have with pinning things and creating lists on Google. However, this needs way more work and testing before it should have been released to the public.
First, the tutorial is great, but there needs to be an option to replay it, pull up a support page or something, because I couldn’t remember every step immediately my first time using the app.
Second, there’s no way to delete a pin from the list.
Third, I can’t create a pin. It has to be added to the a list and did not get added as a pin. I tried adding the same place as a pin, and it just added the same place multiple times to the same list. Only time the map recognized I had a pin was when I repined an already existing pin. And there’s no way to delete that.
Fourth, I marked a place as I’ve been there, but when going back into the pin, it marked it as I’ve never been there. Also would be nice to have a distinction in how the pin looks to show where I’ve been before and where I haven’t.
Fifth, the instagram integration is faulty and doesn’t really work as it was advertised to. I even tried via the restaurant’s page and it never showed up.
The UI is quirky and cool but I just wished it functioned properly! Would love to download again in the future when everything is figured out.

Pins not saving
I really like the potential of this app but I tried to pin my first pin and it said it saved but then when I go to my pins there is nothing listed and it says zero pins. When I go to Phodega as a pin, it shows my profile as one of the 3 profiles that pinned it. But I can’t see that on my profiles end. If this is fixed then I would love to try this app again.

A few problems with it
Good idea but really unoptimized. Also, tags shouldn’t be required for pinning a category, that really slows down the whole process and makes me not want to use it.
No option to edit/delete already pinned restaurants?
This app has a lot of potential but still needs to fix some features. For instance, I added by mistake the same restaurant twice to the same list, and there is no option to delete it; no swipe to delete, no option to edit the list itself (just takes you to change the name of the list). I found the add for this app in a CTA bus in Chicago so kudos to the marketing team for making an eye-catching add!

The best app to keep your favorite places organized!
When I first discovered Reco, I became obsessed with it! I scrolled for hours looking at all the new places I could pin. I love that this app allows for me to keep all of my favorite places in one place. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect organization app!
What I love about Reco is that it gets all of the places that I find on TikTok & Instagram - out of the app and into something I can actually use when I am out and about! I love that it gives me directions and distance from locations, the ability to mark as “been there” and to create custom lists for specific occasions!

Great idea!
This app really is a “place to keep your places”! What a brilliant idea to have all the places that people recommend you visit - all in an app! No more trying to remember what I filed them under and searching through my phone! We have found so many “hidden gems” that we never would have tried if they hadn’t been added to the Reco app!
