Downloaded app spent time filling out all the required info. Recieced numerous emails saying respond to whomever and every single time the app opens and you start from scratch. No messages no contact person. AND to make matters worse, you keep getting the emails to respond….then you start all over again.

It is a bit soon for a review … but, I’ve used the APP filled out an inquiry and out of 3 expert Travel Guides …selected a communicative Agent & his team! I don’t leave for another 6 weeks but with their assistance… I hope we get a fabulous concierge type trip!
The app was easy to use and I hope with the time difference planning goes smoothly ! Looking forward to working with my new team at HelloReco!
