Garbage

This app is truly garbage, it does absolutely nothing after you put your service address in. Delete this piece of garbage and put a calendar on your website.

Worse than useless

This app really has one thing it needs to do take an address and show you the recycling schedule so you know if it’s recycling day or if it’s been delayed and if yard waste and recycling both are taken that day. That’s it . Unfortunately instead all it does is take your address correct it to a format It likes better and then do nothing. 6 months of support requests ignored. No update for a simple fix. Literally wasted bits with zero usable functionality (verified on 3 different devices). Just avoid it.

Wonky / doesn’t work

App is glitchy as all get out. The address search never works. No response from tech support. Better to search the info you need online :/

When entering address, recognizes address and when you select it, all it does is refreshes the page. Useless in its current state.

Can’t fill out form

Won’t even let me put phone number of name down and won’t let me submit form without it. I emailed and called support and had not heard back in a month 🫤

App Finally Fixed

Took almost a year, but the devs finally fixed the broken app.

Great tool for getting reminders about which weeks have recycling, and looking up how to dispose of unusual waste

What is this for?

None of the options work and when you try to enter your address in the calendar section, it continues to show a blank screen. Don’t know what the point is of having this app.

Can’t schedule a bulky item collection

I want to schedule a Bulky Items pick up but once I selected all the items I need to be picked up I push next and the page ask me for my full name, phone number and email address but I can type email and phone number but I doesn’t let me type my full name and with out that I can’t continue. Really bad service. I have to call
