I bought the subscription to see how it would be and the app was disappointing. It didn’t tell me anything about my body composition, i just had me take pictures. I emailed the email provided to get my subscription and payment information out of their system and they haven’t responded. About to cancel my card because of this stupid app. Help

I signed up for the subscription a couple of months ago and now I can’t cancel the subscription and it charges me every week now and I have no way of canceling it can I plz have help

Hi Colten, so sorry for the trouble! App Store subscriptions have to be cancelled through your Apple ID, Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel. If you email us at support@isolabsllc.com, we can walk you through it and help with any refund requests.

Misleading

In their app before you buy it offers a 100% money back guarantee or I wouldn’t have tried it because I wanted to see what it did. It offers less than I expected and is quite inconsistent in very similar pictures so I’d like a refund, however I’ve tried for days to find out how to request this wit no luck. I finally figured out how to contact their team and haven’t received any assistance. Don’t promise a money back guarantee unless you can make it easy to obtain. Please help me and be true to your promise.

Scam

I subscribed for the weekly membership with this application and paid $7.99. However when I entered all of my information and go to “unlock my results” the application says I do not have a subscription even though I already paid.
