this app is still trying to charge my card even though i deleted the app and i never tried to get the prescription

I bought the subscription to see how it would be and the app was disappointing. It didn’t tell me anything about my body composition, i just had me take pictures. I emailed the email provided to get my subscription and payment information out of their system and they haven’t responded. About to cancel my card because of this stupid app. Help
