Terrible
Tried to change password. It sends you to the Internet site to change it. It worked. But log into app and says invalid. Log out of Internet site and resign in and says invalid. They have issues; don’t know what to tell you.
I can’t stand this app
There aren’t enough bad things I can say about it. There is no back button, first of all, which makes navigating anything on this app super difficult.
It freezes constantly and shows just a blank gray screen so then you have to restart the app. Almost every time I use it to click on a car’s ticket, you can’t type anything because it won’t allow you to do so and then guess what? You have to start the app all over again.
My app is updated to the most current version, I have an iPhone 17 max, so I know it’s not a phone issue.
Everyday I have to use this app for 8-10 hours a day and it makes me wanna rip my hair out constantly. Bugs, bugs, and more bugs. Problem after problem after problem. Words cannot express how much I hate using this app everyday. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Login issue
Worked great until I updated recently. Now I have to login every single time. Please add biometric login capabilities.
Horrible update to force users to login every time!
Please change back to previous login procedure!!!
Great App!
I’ve worked in a reconditioning center for almost one year and we use this app every single day, all day. It is super streamlined & effective when used correctly! The only downside with this app is once you click on a car, you have to go back to the main page, instead of going to the list of cars in your department. It can be a bit time-consuming but the app in general is super awesome to have.
