Horrible
This app make me want to throw my phone at the wall. Constantly glitching, deleting or simply not sending videos. I can’t even imagine how much money this app has cost me. Zero stars.
No patches or support
R&R is the king of killing a technicians efficiency. No updates or improvements are ever made to the app to help the technicians. Requires your to login for every vehicle that needs an mpi.

You would think my job spends money on ts because it works. Hardly works sometimes rags don’t appear can’t upload deletes images and is straight up trash. Give me a bigger headache than my actual job

Literally trash in every aspect
Uploads are slow even with the company provided fiber optic WiFi services. Mid video making it will glitch out and I have to start all over again. App asks me to log in every time I need to make a video for a customer car. This app is the worse and makes my job as a flat rate tech more difficult to be efficient. This app is not efficient…
