Love this app, 10/10
Crashes
There needs to be an update. The app crashes while taking photos, freezes when trying to select the line for the photo. I have to close the app and reopen to upload more than one photo at a time. It isn't my phone because everyone in the shop is having the same issue. Worked great weeks ago and then overnight it turned into garbage. Please fix this to make our jobs easier and quicker

This app is it even worth the one star that I’m giving it.
I can never log into the app I consistently have to delete and reinstall the app. Photos and videos take forever to upload freezes all the time. When it works it’s works but not for long. When deleting the app and reinstalling it asks for a verification code. It gives you the option to text or email but nothing ever happens a no code received. Text support isn’t helpful either you are better off using another app/company.

This app is a great idea but it does not work. Rey Rey reps will sell the idea to your management. They in turn will pressure you to use it. The app will constantly crash if it loads at all. I’m a flat rate tech so if this app worked but didn’t look pretty I’d give it 5 stars. I’d even give it 5 stars if Reynolds and Reynolds stood by there product and sent me a few bucks every time this product wasted 15 minutes of my time. Fantastic Idea but terrible execution. Please make it better.
