Love this app, 10/10
Crashes
There needs to be an update. The app crashes while taking photos, freezes when trying to select the line for the photo. I have to close the app and reopen to upload more than one photo at a time. It isn't my phone because everyone in the shop is having the same issue. Worked great weeks ago and then overnight it turned into garbage. Please fix this to make our jobs easier and quicker

This app is it even worth the one star that I’m giving it.
I can never log into the app I consistently have to delete and reinstall the app. Photos and videos take forever to upload freezes all the time. When it works it’s works but not for long. When deleting the app and reinstalling it asks for a verification code. It gives you the option to text or email but nothing ever happens a no code received. Text support isn’t helpful either you are better off using another app/company.

This app is a great idea but it does not work. Rey Rey reps will sell the idea to your management. They in turn will pressure you to use it. The app will constantly crash if it loads at all. I’m a flat rate tech so if this app worked but didn’t look pretty I’d give it 5 stars. I’d even give it 5 stars if Reynolds and Reynolds stood by there product and sent me a few bucks every time this product wasted 15 minutes of my time. Fantastic Idea but terrible execution. Please make it better.

Useless. Does not work.
Customer never receives videos even if you send it directly to them, if they get the link it won’t open for them no matter what phone. App crashes all the time. Would not recommend.

I hate this app
Videos, pictures its all a gamble, one minute it works and next it doesn't. It doesn't show, you call and they give you lame excuses and to retake pictures. Its a horrible app.
Worst app I’ve ever been forced to use
My employer is forcing us to use this garbage app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it, multiple times. It doesn’t help. The ONE time it worked was when a rep from Reynolds was here, trying to help. Other than that, it’s never been able to upload a photo or video. It is an utter failure.
Doesn’t work most of the time
Be a good idea if it worked. Can’t get videos to upload constantly. Constantly get the loading wheel of death. Waist of time!!!

Seriously; this app is supposed to take videos and photos and attach them to repair orders.

If/When it works, it’s ok
In theory it’s great, in reality it’s pretty much junk. Need to log in twice just to get into the app. Pictures and videos don’t load a majority of the time (just show as a black box). Once this happens app needs to be removed and re-installed for pics/vids to work again. Way too many steps to attach pics & vids to specific lines and send to customer. No ability to just send a technician video without adding a job line as if you were sending an estimate. Video is only available for the customer until that “estimate” is approved or declined. You can tell the developers have never spent even one minute in a service department. I wouldn’t use this if my employer didn’t require it and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

If it works, it works ok
Hmmm, what to write. If you can login at all, you have a shot at getting a picture, if the picture will load. If the picture loads, then the app may let you enter in a text description if it doesn't erase or unload itself. Then if you get your description all set and go to the desk top. If the program is feeling well, it will allow you to attach the photo to a memo line.
Overall this app needs improvements.

I’ve see the trusted blue screen come and go (insert tear) and now the advent of the phone/tablet app. Well, programmers, you need to sit down with some advisers and techs or go to the dealerships where they use your app and see for yourself. The app needs lots of help, but when it works, if it works, it could be the most valued tool outside of the box.
