Worst thing i’ve ever downloaded
Techs deal with enough already, dealerships mandating them to use this app (on personal phones especially) is ignorant. I dreaded opening this app every time I clocked in.
App sucks
The app is constantly crashing, gives errors on videos with encoding, doesnt load, and all sorts of stuff constantly. I have had to uninstall and re install the app numbers of times to just get it to work. I have constant issues uploading and even doing videos. Please fix your app.
Easy to Use
Good updates making the app very easy to use for taking videos
Tedious and inoperative
The lack of individual clip editing during and after recording the portion; the fact that you can’t go back to the recording portion after pressing “Continue” — and you have to delete the WHOLE video if you made a mistake; and countless glitches that have forced me to re-do videos are the reasons this app deserves a one star. This app is crucial for my job and should be very beneficial. Instead, all it is, it’s a hinderance at worst and a nuisance at best
