Good updates making the app very easy to use for taking videos
Tedious and inoperative
The lack of individual clip editing during and after recording the portion; the fact that you can’t go back to the recording portion after pressing “Continue” — and you have to delete the WHOLE video if you made a mistake; and countless glitches that have forced me to re-do videos are the reasons this app deserves a one star. This app is crucial for my job and should be very beneficial. Instead, all it is, it’s a hinderance at worst and a nuisance at best

Need a .5 zoom for iPhones. It works on some androids but not iPhone.
Kinda junk overall.
Have to use this app for work and just wish that I didn’t. No way to just make and save a video for uplaod later, app will occasionally just close/crash without svaing your video. Can’t work on two videos at once. This app just overall is not what you want to use.
Auto Tech
This app has many flaws to it. Constantly having loading issues, closes by itself, and slow. The one thing I don’t like is how after you hit the complete button. There is no way to go back. Sometimes you may hit it by accident. Editing of videos is limited. This has a big effect on my job especially when we are reviewed on our videos and try to hit our goal numbers within the company.

Do don’t need full access
Your app won’t allow to up load videos without having full access to my whole photo library. There’s absolutely no reason for this other than to invade the privacy of all your users. And your users are employees, so they don’t have a choice but to use this app. You’re forcing your users to either get fired or give you access to every pic and video they’ve ever taken.

New “fix” is a huge downgrade !!!!
Now makes you wait around way too long to click upload and too easy to forget as we are doing these videos for free we cannot afford to stare at the app waiting around all day. Please fix the app so we can click upload right away !!! The fix is not logical causes way more issues than it fixes!
Change it back to previous version
Latest update is slow and clunky it’s actually two steps backwards instead of improving and what’s with change to uploading a video now you have to wait for the app. to finish processing and cleaning videos before you can select upload. We don’t have time for that. Time is money. Come on get your act together

It works when it wants too
The original worked much better. This one works when it wants too, or it kill my phone battery from 100% to 0% as soon as the app loads, or it will freeze the phone or shut it off. How can we be forced to up grade to this if it doesn’t work especially if we are required to do 100% videos on every vehicle that comes through our shop

I found this app make the phone heat up quit a bit
Crashing
App still crashing and if I hit retry it still doesn’t work so then I hit cancel and deletes the whole video. Waste of my time and money. An update to fix that would be greatly appreciated!! And yes my phone is up to date so it is not my device nothing else does this.
Fixes for crashing
The app will work on most videos but then I’ll get one video where it says it failed and I hit retry and it keeps failing and if I hit cancel it deletes the whole video. It will do this just about every other car. That’s the biggest pain. I also feel it should have an option to edit the video and delete a portion. This would be great

Overall excellent. Needs one improvement.
I’m a Diagnostic Specialist and shop foreman at a Lexus dealer. This app overall is great. My only recommendation would be to allow the technicians to have the option WITHIN the app to send direct to customers (for example if the car needs no additional service) OR send to the advisor (if the car requires additional repairs). Currently there is only the option to send ALL videos straight to customers or to advisors - no option within the app. This crucial step would save the advisors and customers time. Otherwise, good work!

Needs some minor fixes
Needs some fixes, like turning off flash every time you pause a video is inconvenient, having to restart the app every time you lock your phone and or switch app just have the app run in the background so I don’t have to search the same RO every time I need to shoot a couple videos that are not done at the same time.

updated the app, like some of the new feature but if anything it got worse than before. video gets deleted and app closes after phone goes sleep which has never happened. never went to sleep on pause.
Video Deletion on newer phones
Everything I would record a Video and put my phone down to continue with the repairs and come back to record more. My videos would be deleted.
Better than the older app
Lots of improvements sure. I could do a lot of things that were patched out of the old app like zoom while recording or lock my phone so I don’t have to keep it open screen on while recording. Now after most recent update with only “UI improvements” I’ve lost multiple video inspections this week due to locking my phone and it just scrubs everything and closes the app. When re opening phone instead of resuming video I’m at Home Screen with app closed. Think oops maybe I tabbed out, reopen enterprise and it’s opening fresh and my video is wiped. So frustrating at a huge time sink at work. No I burned through my battery all day today making videos and keeping my phone and screen open until video is over at end of service just because this app has features then suddenly scrubs them away with updates. Just as it did on the old app.’

Need to test run your updates before moving forward .
After the TruVideo was updated yesterday this app no longer pulls the repair orders. Can’t open for a video. Great. Flat rate tech here losing money!!!!
