Horrible
This app make me want to throw my phone at the wall. Constantly glitching, deleting or simply not sending videos. I can’t even imagine how much money this app has cost me. Zero stars.
No patches or support
R&R is the king of killing a technicians efficiency. No updates or improvements are ever made to the app to help the technicians. Requires your to login for every vehicle that needs an mpi.

You would think my job spends money on ts because it works. Hardly works sometimes rags don’t appear can’t upload deletes images and is straight up trash. Give me a bigger headache than my actual job

Literally trash in every aspect
Uploads are slow even with the company provided fiber optic WiFi services. Mid video making it will glitch out and I have to start all over again. App asks me to log in every time I need to make a video for a customer car. This app is the worse and makes my job as a flat rate tech more difficult to be efficient. This app is not efficient…

Terrible app
This app is so bad. The camera function is terrible. Sometimes videos do not upload. Absolute garbage.
Easy to use
Takes a minute to upload pictures, very easy and my advisors are selling more
Poor app design
Constant bugs making taking a video MPI or videos in general an impossible task, app will state error and delete video. Constant sign in is required waisting even more time and resources. Very poor design

This app is horrible.
Please just stop making us sign in every single time
This app has all sorts of bugs and feels like it was made on a budget of $15 and a mcchicken but if yall would please just not sign us out every single time we close the app I feel like that’s not asking for much. Thank you so much for supporting extra unpaid labor while giving us a terribly unreliable tool to make it even more frustrating though!

Ever since a recent update I’m constantly having to sign in or take 2-3 min to do so please fix this issue

Not only is this app going down way too often, it makes me log back in every time I open the app. This app unfortunately is what my dealership makes us use. If it was my choice, I wouldn’t use it because it slows me down enough to cost me time and my time is money.

App has terrible camera quality, takes longer to load information. Finding customer repair orders is difficult. Overall interface very unreliable.
Camera features are awful
Can’t refocus camera when attempting to take pictures. Frustrating because you have constantly try and move the camera around until it finals decides to focus again. Also why does this app need to have access to ALL my photos on my camera roll. If i want to upload from my roll i cant just limit its access to just the ones I want to upload. Need to fix it because it’s annoying the hoops you have to go through just to upload a picture

Poor quality app
I have been using the app for a month and it has so many bugs and glitches. It has a bad interface that doesn’t allow for any editing of any kind. It is hard to find sections throughout the app, and their servers are some of the worst I have seen. The app will crash and randomly delete the videos I try to send through. They have a 2fa login that works half of the time.
