Worse app ever!

I like to read the news when I can. The problem is that I can’t. This horrible app spins forever and I have to go back multiple times until the paper is able to be read. The app has one purpose—to allow people to read the news. It fails miserably.

Not an improvement

This app is worse than the old one that was newspaper style. There are so many ads mixed into the news. I pay for the subscription so I feel the ads shouldn’t be so prominent in my feed. It is difficult to sort through the real and junk articles. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Horrible

This app makes me want to buy the printed version of the paper which is saying a lot since my Sunday morning paper used to arrive after noon or not until Tuesday if I waited too long to report. The touch screen is hyper-sensitive, takes me places I don’t want to go or didn’t intend. Fix the bugs!

App Doesn’t Work

I just spent 15 minutes with a very nice phone rep who linked my online account and paid print subscription with record courier articles online. We opened the first article successfully and thought everything was fine so we amicably ended the call. I went to the next online are and got the message that a paid subscription was required and that I had reached my limit of free articles. Growling and frustrated!!
