Always crashing
Always crashing and difficult to use.
Amazing
5* amazing
Damage protection
Saves tonnes of time and gives way to customer arguments capturing condition in seconds
Come a long way
The app has improved a lot in the last few years. Very smooth camera and forms. The first page is simple but all you really need to do is hit start.
Broken
The input screen will sometimes overlap itself and not let you do anything unless you physically delete the App and redownload it, which makes using it a tedious gamble that could easily be fixed
