Come a long way
The app has improved a lot in the last few years. Very smooth camera and forms. The first page is simple but all you really need to do is hit start.
Broken
The input screen will sometimes overlap itself and not let you do anything unless you physically delete the App and redownload it, which makes using it a tedious gamble that could easily be fixed
Videos sometimes don’t upload!
Happens a lot where I record a 7-15 minute video just for it to say failed to record video please try again huge time waster! And probably money waster if your paying to use this app.
Crashes
When it’s not crashing, it’s locking up, or making the phone screen turn all white and locking the phone up.

Makes my iPhone 13pro overheat
Great app but it causes my brand new iPhone 13pro to over heat so much that its hot to touch and eventually shuts down. It did my iPhone 12pro the same so I thought it was the phone. Got a new phone...same thing. Please fix

Great app, huge improvements in the last year
Record360 is a phenomenal app and has saved my team a ton of time. They’ve made a lot of improvements in the last year to modernize - I really like the new look.
Fix the camera system
My coworkers and I have problems with the camera system. We all have brand new iPhones and all the pictures they this app are zoomed it and can’t zoom out any further we have to stand 20 feet away to take a picture of the equipment even then they look like crap. My normal camera app comes out a million times better. If you fix this issue this is a 5 star program. But right now it’s hard to tell damage.

Used to be great
The app keeps crashing on my IPhone 12. Tried deleting and reinstalling and no joy. Sad.
Save your money, not a reliable app.
After multiple attempts to get the app to perform at acceptable levels on our mobile devices it was not up to the task. The photo taking time and upload processing was too long for our team and we abandoned using it a few months in.
I attempted to cancel because we were not getting any value for the charge and were told the product team wanted to work with us to improve. We have never been able to move back and have wasted $4,740 over 12 months since they would not let us out of our contract. We have never used the software for a live customer damage review. Not once.
Totally worthless software and we are a tech focused shared car and vehicle rental company. I highly recommend looking at other vendors and save yourself from getting locked in. I am writing this review because after numerous times asking to not bill my credit card for software delivering no value to us it gets charged every month.
Check out any other option before thinking this is the one and signing up.

Horrible
Trying to set up an account was impossible as it kept arbitrarily erasing user name entries and throwing them elsewhere on the form. Navigation is bad as well, confusing and cannot upload photos from phone. As a field mechanic, I would have liked to take all my photos of the customer damage and then the repair process and then uploaded them but it doesn’t allow uploading photos so I’m stuck taking them after finishing the repair. What good is this?. Once you’ve uploaded you are unable to go back and add anything or replace photos that you see are not clear. This is a good idea but poorly designed.

Crashed 1st use
I created an account, started to use it when the App crashed. It then refused to log back into the account necessary to use the App. I deleted App and reinstalled, no login accepted. Deleted App for good. (Ipad)

Awesome app!
This app is great for covering your butt when renting things. Used it when I moved into my apartment and when I rented a car. Nice having proof if someone accuses you of damaging something. Highly recommend
Empty space when taking picture
The app is great and helps make things easier but when taking the picture with an Iphone 6/plus and 6s/plus there is empty space on the right side on the picture when reviewing the picture, great app, please fix.
Business only
I know it says business in the category but that was not made evident to me until I downloaded it and tried to use it. Ended up being a complete waste of my time.
Incompatible
The last update rendered this app incompatible with my device. That's interesting! It was compatible, now it isn't. How helpful. I guess the delete app option is my next move!!
App crashes with iOS 7!

Useless
Was forced to delete this app as I just repeatedly got an error when trying to sign up for an account. Can't use any of the features without this.
