What’s New Sound packs: Default, Whistle, Electronic, and Soft. Default still uses the original WAV files; the other three are synthesized and used for the full workout. Synthesized cues: ticks twice per second; countdown 5-4-3-2-1; start = long then short; rest = short then long; finish = two long tones; stopwatch split behavior is unchanged. Volume slider applies to both preview and workouts. Preview each cue on the sound settings screen; countdown preview plays five beats. Bug Fixes After the last set of the last round, the app still entered rest even with no cooldown. It now skips rest after the last set, and ends immediately if cooldown is 0. A 0-second warmup still played the countdown. Warmup is now skipped with no extra cue. 0-second rest / round rest no longer inserts an empty rest phase. On natural workout completion, recording is stopped and saved to Photos before the session is stored (clips could be lost before). Workout-detail video playback was unreliable, and delete only worked for photos. Playback is more reliable; photos and videos can both be deleted. HIIT cards could appear blank or clipped in dark mode (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro Max). Record button and timer could feel out of sync because recording start was too slow.
