Most unfriendly software imaginable -end up going back to beginning on every reset -
email Chat useless -called via phone told 10 minute wait 20 minutes later message- no one available at this time they hung up!

Gave my phone a virus and maybe malware

The computer Application it tells you to download gives your phone a virus and possibly malware when “searching through your phone for the data to recover”. My phones available storage was completely used up and my phone became glitchy with most apps becoming slow or not opening. Apps where also shaded black when searching for them. Some apps where also crashing. I turned off and on my phone and it became worse. Firstly, my lock screen was shown for a second until a black loading screen popped up. I then noticed the App Store, photos, camera, FaceTime, iTunes, news, and tips apps (could have been more I didn’t check all of them) where completely uninstalled after I had searched for them and looked in settings for them. I am scared that my info was stolen and I had to reset my phone to get it back to normal.

I use this app to back up my device contact (2470 contacts). It was work properly, free, fast. Thanks the developer

Horrible

If I could give it one star I would. So I am a YouTuber (2k Twins) and I made a mistake and deleted one of my videos off of my iCloud. So I looked up how to recover videos from your iCloud and then I found this app. I got so relieved until I tried to put my information in and it didn’t work until the fifth try. I finally got it to work and then when I pressed upload from iCloud, it just kept saying your action has fail would you like to try again. So I kept trying again. And it didn’t work so I came and looked at the reviews and it was mostly one star so I was like “wow” this app is fake and deceiving. Right now I’m scanning my computer to make sure that this app did not give me any viruses. Please do not download this app to your Microsoft software or to your iPhone.
