What's New in RecoverX

1.2

September 5, 2026

Detected workouts now stay — and count. • Sessions RecoverX detects (a match, a run, a lift you never pressed "start" for) are saved to Apple Health, so they appear in Fitness, survive the day, and feed your recovery score. • A missed one no longer slips away: RecoverX looks back three days for anything that synced late. • Answering "What was this?" now works from the Train tab too. • Manual entries stick around after you close the app. Easier to read • "Is 365 a lot?" — the session detail says how it compares to your average training day. • The nervous-system chart leads with a sentence ("Hardest 8:13–9:53 PM, back to calm now") and marks that window on the line. • Sleep shows when you fell asleep and woke. • A new share card with the whole session: heart rate, distance, sprints, hard time, zones. • The Train tab opens with your week; adding a workout is a row of chips, not a long list.
