Misleading Website
I downloaded the Recraft mobile app because your website advertises T-shirt mockups and directed me to install the app. During onboarding, the app also asked if I planned to create T-shirt mockups, so I reasonably expected that feature to be available. After signing up, I discovered that mockups are only available on the desktop/web version. Please either add mockup support to the mobile app or clearly state during download and onboarding that this feature is desktop-only to avoid misleading users

None of their models work. Each time a generation fails, it takes your credit and all it says is Oops.. generation failed. Then when you reach out to support, they don’t even reply to you. I wish I had read the 1 star reviews before I purchased.
Horrible customer support and product
what a terrible experience. I tried this product for about six to seven minutes before realizing that the results were horrible. I immediately cancelled and asked for a refund, and they refused.

Website works great, app doesn’t work at all
Nothing is clickable on the actual app, but adding Recraft as a web app in Safari works great.
Desktop, YES. IPad, NO.
While I enjoy this app on the desktop, it’s iPad (Air) limitations are frustrating. It’s difficult to move things around on the screen. Due to the latest update to the iOS, the red, yellow, annd green buttons used to minimize, close, or expand a window lays directly atop the sandwich navigation in the upper left hand corner of the screen, so I can’t even open the app beyond the community collage page because it’s completely blocked! It is a fantastic app on the desktop with unrealized potential on the iPad.

Great until it wasn’t
I primarily use this to make .svg files for my production and it was very helpful for a while. Then all of a sudden it just stopped letting me export the images. Not sure if this is a known issue, but this app became immediately useless to me. I hope they sort this out

Ich habe mein Guthaben verbraucht und sowohl Recraft mit Nano Banana als auch Gemini direkt genutzt. Recraft hat mein Monatsabo an einem einzigen Tag verschossen, mit Google Gemini direkt konnte ich mindestens 5 mal so viele Bilder mit Nano Banano erzeugen und mein Guthaben hielt 3,5 Tage
Excellent help for logos
I totally live this app it has helped me tremendously in creating artwork for my band it’s easy to use and ca help garage just about anything. I totally support it and recommend it

Очень классная программа. Но с учетом того, что все больше и больше задач решается через телефон и айпад - качество именно приложения очень разочаровывает. В нем не только нет функций, которые очень удобны на десктопе, но и не работают даже те, что заявлены.
Чтобы хоть как-то работать с программой на айпаде, приходится открывать браузерную версию. Но и в ней куча функций не работает корректно. Можно выбрать стиль - их много, но вот применить его программа не даст. Все генерится в одном, изначально заданном, стиле, сколько бы вы не выбирали другой в настройках. Передвижение по холсту, изменение размеров изображения, создание композиций - все это невозможно делать ни в приложении, ни в браузерной версии. Задумка классная, очень бы хотелось чтобы разработчики доделали приложения до соответствия десктопной версии. Иначе непонятно, за что платить за подписку.

The app was great but now it has issues on iPad. Pick V3 and you can no longer pick how many images or size ratio.
