None of their models work. Each time a generation fails, it takes your credit and all it says is Oops.. generation failed. Then when you reach out to support, they don’t even reply to you. I wish I had read the 1 star reviews before I purchased.
Horrible customer support and product
what a terrible experience. I tried this product for about six to seven minutes before realizing that the results were horrible. I immediately cancelled and asked for a refund, and they refused.

Website works great, app doesn’t work at all
Nothing is clickable on the actual app, but adding Recraft as a web app in Safari works great.
Desktop, YES. IPad, NO.
While I enjoy this app on the desktop, it’s iPad (Air) limitations are frustrating. It’s difficult to move things around on the screen. Due to the latest update to the iOS, the red, yellow, annd green buttons used to minimize, close, or expand a window lays directly atop the sandwich navigation in the upper left hand corner of the screen, so I can’t even open the app beyond the community collage page because it’s completely blocked! It is a fantastic app on the desktop with unrealized potential on the iPad.
