Fast n Easy!

Had an appointment booked in minutes and meds a couple hours later! It’s great!

Unhappy with doctors

Doctors do not help whatsoever. They do not even offer ibuprofen. They still want me to take her to urgent care or pediatrician for a throat swab to be able to get medication. Why I am paying for this service. This is a waste of money. I should save this money and just go to my daughters pediatrician and pay the high deductable with the yearly savings.

Money grab

They take your money then tell you to go to Urgent Care.

Not a great service

Had to schedule an appointment to see a psychiatrist for a refill ( new to
The state ) the appointment was scheduled to be over video , I gad the app ready and opened for thirty minutes . Even took screenshots and screen recordings because I could not believe that a doctor missed their appointment . After thirty minutes I called recuro directly , at the same time I got a call from recuro which I am assuming was the doctor . By the time I got to he call , the doctor hung up , there was no way to contact the doctor directly as it’s the same
Number through recuro . Now I am without medication for anxiety thanks to
Recuro .

Do Not Reccomend

I scheduled twice with two different providers and both cancelled last minute, hours before each appointment telling to me reschedule with another provider. I had to wait about two months to get the first appointment and then about 6 weeks to get the rescheduled appointment. I live in a rural area and providers accepting new patients and my insurance can be hard to find even driving two hours. I definitely got my hopes up thinking this would be a great solution. Just made my health journey that much harder.

App is not user friendly

I cannot add my dependent information

EAP no cost option

For therapy. There’s not many providers available . West shock to see a $200 option per visit.
A great option for EAP zero cost urgent care. Needs or emergency. Prescriptions for common colds and problems.

Very comparable, if not, better than Teladoc and other AI. And/or telehealth providers

HORRIFIC company that doesn’t care about their clients.

I contacted Recuro through the app this morning to schedule a counseling appointment which allowed me to pick a provider and 3 available times. The app then froze so I contacted customer support who assured me they could schedule the time and provider I had previously selected. I was told I would be contacted by phone to be informed of my appointment time by phone once they spoke with the provider.

I NEVER received a phone call so I checked the app and was shocked to see an appointment I NEVER approved scheduled at a day and time I did not request. I specifically told the rep I was not available that day. When I called customer service after discovering the appointment , they curtly told me they could cancel the appointment (of course still charge me the fee ) even though I never selected or approved that date or time. They were unwilling to reschedule to a different day or time or work with me in ANY way. I was finally given the option to be refunded which will take 10 days and rescheduled which I won’t be doing. As a licensed therapist myself, I’m incredibly upset and frustrated that this is how mental health companies treat their clients.

Unhappy!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I felt like my concerns were not heard or taken seriously. I explained that I am currently out of town on vacation, feeling very ill, and seven hours away from home. I also shared what symptoms I was experiencing and which medication has worked best for me in the past. I rarely get sick, so this situation has been especially frustrating and stressful.

Doctors are great!

I appreciate the doctors are knowledgeable and respectful and allow you to fully explain your issue and even ask questions on things they can not help you with but can give you guidance. But most important it is so easy. You can be anywhere in between classes at home vacationing.

Love it

I love Recuro!! It is extremely convenient and easy to get an appointment in the comfort of your home.

Thank you

You are a godsend!

Update available Msg

The application displays a pop-up notification indicating that an update is available in the App Store; however, no update exists.

Healthcare providers are either not accepting new patients or are failing to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice.

Although I was initially eager to have this service included in the employer's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and benefits package, the experience was brief and ultimately disappointing, compounded by concerns regarding cost management.

Armpit infection

Excellent doctor, he review all
My symptoms before my appointment and listened everything I wanted to say! Thank you so much doctor!! I'm very satisfied!!

Counseling visits

Very few providers to choose from and very limited times available. Half of the therapists listed are not accepting new clients and the others don’t seem qualified. Not happy with the insurance provider or the mental health options.

Excellent option

This app is an excellent option for quick medical help for minor issues

The Dr was very helpful.

He listened to my symptoms and offered help to alleviate them and get me feeling better and back to work. Thank you for the help and your time.

Can’t get prescription

Still trying to get my prescription from an appointment I had a week ago. So now I’m a week without my necessary daily medications. There is nowhere in the app to view important information from the appointment I had, it only shows the information I provided not even the doctors name or any notes they may have made. This is my first time using this service and so far it’s been terrible.

Convenient and Professional

I enjoy Recuro for my family. We’ve had nothing but good interactions and quick, professional care.

Great Service

Requested a call on 4/5 and the team was kind enough to let me know it would be a slight delay
due to the holiday - much appreciated! The provider called when advised, reviewed my note of symptoms, and asked all appropriate questions. Quick Rx sent to pharmacy for pickup!
