EAP no cost option
A great option for EAP zero cost urgent care. Needs or emergency. Prescriptions for common colds and problems.
Very comparable, if not, better than Teladoc and other AI. And/or telehealth providers
HORRIFIC company that doesn’t care about their clients.
I NEVER received a phone call so I checked the app and was shocked to see an appointment I NEVER approved scheduled at a day and time I did not request. I specifically told the rep I was not available that day. When I called customer service after discovering the appointment , they curtly told me they could cancel the appointment (of course still charge me the fee ) even though I never selected or approved that date or time. They were unwilling to reschedule to a different day or time or work with me in ANY way. I was finally given the option to be refunded which will take 10 days and rescheduled which I won’t be doing. As a licensed therapist myself, I’m incredibly upset and frustrated that this is how mental health companies treat their clients.
Unhappy!
Doctors are great!
Love it
Thank you
Update available Msg
Healthcare providers are either not accepting new patients or are failing to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice.
Although I was initially eager to have this service included in the employer's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and benefits package, the experience was brief and ultimately disappointing, compounded by concerns regarding cost management.

Call never returned
I bought the test took the test immediately after the phone call. However, I ran into issues scheduling an appointment since my last one was so recent. Recuro would not allow me to schedule an appointment online and said I needed to call. So I did just that. I spoke to a women who sent me an email and told me to email the picture of my negative flu test. After, she informed me that the doctor would return my call shortly.
Disappointingly, that never happened. So basically the visit amounted to me knowing I don’t have the flu(which was not my concern in the first place).
I genuinely just wanted convenient care and to get started on whatever treatment can fix the way I’m feeling.
