“Problem finding calendar” EVERY time when trying to use this app. Caseload should pick this up with my bins because this app is TRASH.
Doesn’t work
When I first downloaded this I was able to see my towns collection schedule. Since the most recent update I am not able to see the schedule anymore. It says “no events scheduled” when I try to look at it.

Update does not work
Ever since they did an update the collection schedule does not appear.
App displays nothing
App was working great, but now for whatever reason there’s no information about anything being displayed.
Since the update this app does not work!
I have sent in an issue report and the only response I have received is an auto- reply. My calendar is now blank. There is no recycle schedules that were on the initial app. It would appear that no app support exists!

It won’t give a pickup schedule by neighborhood and can’t find my address or my neighbors’ addresses. So, no info on pickup schedule for us.
Monopoly is supposed to be a game.
The app replaces necessary schedules and information from the city website.
Only reason for this is to collect info from peoples devices. Shady practice even for a monopoly.

Out of Date - not all customers supported
Castella has been picking up trash in my community in Maryland since 2023, but the app has apparently not been updated to include my area - so no features are working. (No recognized address means the app stops working)
When I try to submit my problem report via the app, it tells me it does not recognize my phone number as valid - and will not accept my “address not found” problem report.

This app couldn’t even find my location. New service in Niagara Fails NY is off to a bad start.
Helpful Wizard
App Wizard feature allows me to input items I want to throw out and then app tells me wether I should put it into the blue recycling bin, or the green trash bin. The app also sends me a notification that reminds me to put trash bins out the night before next day pickup. Very helpful.
Only wrong information
The implementor had a 50/50 shot at getting the recycling schedule right, but got it wrong. Never is updated for holidays or delays. This app is worthless.
