Can’t book collection
Have not been able to book a collection for weeks. Have tried updating and reinstalling multiple times but get error ‘something went wrong’ every time I submit. I rang the Bridging the Gap people who said you just have to keep trying as it works sometimes.
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t let me log in or change my password.. tried deleting and still nothing
Great service
Easy to use App that allows you to order bins or bags, arrange pick ups etc. We have the bin & if we crush the cans you can easily get 200+ in. Money is my account within days of pick up. Saves piles of stinky bags sitting around & trips to the depot. Highly recommend.
