Can’t book collection
Have not been able to book a collection for weeks. Have tried updating and reinstalling multiple times but get error ‘something went wrong’ every time I submit. I rang the Bridging the Gap people who said you just have to keep trying as it works sometimes.

Great service
Easy to use App that allows you to order bins or bags, arrange pick ups etc. We have the bin & if we crush the cans you can easily get 200+ in. Money is my account within days of pick up. Saves piles of stinky bags sitting around & trips to the depot. Highly recommend.
Recycle for Refund
Easy no fuss service. Just fill the bin and leave the rest up to R4R. Saves so much space for every day recyclables in the Council Bins. Recommend getting yourself a R4R bin at your residence.
Watch out, you might be out of pocket
Be very wary about this company, their wording for what you're paying for is very unclear. They say "deposit" for a bin but actually it's a once off non-hire non-refundable fee. You're buying a bin forever.

I haven’t had any pick up dates available since the end of May… it’s now the beginning of September :/

Great initiative
Home based user, tidy bin storage and booked a collection when bin full and 2 days later bin emptied and ready to go again. No mess no fuss. Feel good about recycling and playing part
Poor app
What a terrible amateur app !! Doesn’t work. Not very clear. Half the features don’t work. Is this legit?
