I would like to schedule an appointment. This should be an easy task. If Red Cross wants to encourage people to donate blood, Red Cross should design an app that is easy to use.
Please use correct English. ‘Wanna’ is not a word.
The website is inefficient also. I’m looking at the app, hoping to schedule an appointment because the website is also difficult to navigate.
All personal encounters with Red Cross staff have been very positive.

App didnt work
It wouldnt let me to paper work before i donated

Why the change in signing up for a donation, location,everything. This is getting me no where.

Thought that I could make an appointment using this app but I can’t find a way to do so.
