حرفيًا أسوأ تطبيق. الشبكة مقبولة، لكن التطبيق نفسه مزعج جدًا ومليان تهنيق. أحيانًا تضغط الزر مرة ويخليك تضغط مرتين، وحتى الأكواد تنرسل مرتين. فيه مشاكل كثيرة بسبب البطء واللاق. أتمنى يجددون التطبيق أو يطلقون تطبيق جديد بدل محاولة إصلاح الأخطاء الحالية

Sometimes we lost network at lest 5 to 6 hours and it’s happen once in every week
Clean, Informative & Easy to Use
This looks really great. The application is very clean and well designed. The homepage clearly shows all important information about the package you have, including calling details, mobile data, and missed calls, which makes it very easy to understand your current status at a glance.
Overall, the experience is smooth, but I feel the app could be even better with less scrolling. Some pages require scrolling quite far down, which affects usability. The “Coming Soon” page could be shown as a simple banner instead of a full page, and later link to a dedicated page once the feature is live.
I also noticed that the Home, plus (+), and Shop sections seem to offer very similar functionality. Merging these into a single section could reduce duplication and make navigation clearer and more intuitive.
Overall, a very good app with a clean interface, just a few UX refinements could make it even better.
