It works but…
Now it won’t let you order tickets without errors and charges your card multiple times and no tickets show as purchased
Too many steps to get to pre-purchased tickets and the presumed QR code won’t show when you tap on that movie to get into the theater. This really isn’t the most user friendly app but I guess it looks better than it was

Rewards aren’t rewarding
The app shows Rewards. But you can’t ever use rewards because the payment with rewards function doesn’t work. All I have ever seen is the popcorn code. So my rewards keep adding up for nothing. Worst app experience ever. Also no way to add tickets to the Apple Wallet like every other app on the planet. Welcome to them Internets. ‘Lectronics and all. Y’all coders are easy to be replaced with AI and I can’t wait for that day with you.

Problems!
Buy tickets but the scan code doesn’t show up when you click on the movie you just bought tickets for! So I have to take a picture of the scan code or pull it up in my email.. annoying!! Also don’t like the fact that they charge a fee for every individual ticket you purchase!! I’d rather pay a membership fee like Cinemark and receive a free ticket every month!! It’s ridiculous to pay almost 5 dollars every time I buy 3 tickets to see a movie with my kids!! It’s not worth it!

App update
Since the update, this app is more difficult to use. I can buy my movie ticket then I can’t find it in the app. I have to use my email to access my tickets. Why did the app get less user friendly?
Awful redesign
Their old app was lacking but this is so much worse. You can barely find a movie because of terrible UI. Also, they seem to have removed the rewards barcode entirely?

App never works, sign in is a pain and usually won’t work. Only shows one location
Only shows one theater
It only shows one theater and it’s not the theater near me.It only shows the Waukee location and not the Pleasant Hill location.It doesn’t appear to let you add or search for additional locations. Seems to need work.
Great app just wish reward system was better/easier to see
I love the app and love the theaters but I wish I could see rewards better with a rewards tab or like just to see what I can get with them but overall great app
Password problems
Trying to reset password, am told check my email, never get the email. Never used to have a problem.

Loved the app but now keeps crashing.

Could Be Better
There are multiple locations in the area, but the app. will only list two of them. It doesn’t allow you to change the locations or find the others in any way. It’s inconvenient especially when the listed locations aren’t even those closest to you! Not as convenient as it should be for an app. You still have to Google their website to find the full list.

Only has just 2 theaters
Fridley has multiple theaters in the area, I haven’t ever counted, but I’d say about 10 or so, but only 2 are shown in the app.
