Why can’t you figure out how to enter cc info efficiently? I’ve decided not to purchase tickets to RR this year because of how annoying it is to constantly re enter my info.
Resellers love this thing
It’s not fair that presale tickets go up for a second and then resellers come in and take them all, only to triple the price later. They need to fix this issue with resellers.

Fix Presale Scalpers
Been to 20+ shows last year and every time I try to get presale tickets every ticket get sold out within a minute. Absolute nightmare when people uses bots to buy out every single ticket. They should fix this problem with people buying multiple tickets at once. The people don’t want to deal with paying over twice or more over market value.

Does not deliver
The app is pretty worthless when it comes to informing concert goers as what is happening on site. We were going to a concert but a severe storm hit Morrison. No information came from the app or other official channels. When we got to the venue there was a weather delay and they were not letting people in. You would think that nowadays it’d be so easy to know the status of a concert when bad weather hits the venue. No information from Red Rocks. So besides a map and ordering food, the app is pretty useless.

If you could get a dollar for every time this app didn’t work, you could easily go to concerts for free every week with your entire extended family.

Dont believe ANY POSITIVE reviews! This app has been JUNK for years And they refused to fix it. I WHY?? Probably because they are partnered with AXS and get a cut of all the scalper-bot ticket sales. This app is almost guaranteed to lock up when you’re trying to make a critical ticket purchase… Making it necessary to delete and reinstall the app, then ALL THE TICKETS ARE GONE!!!

Worst e-Commerce app I’ve used
The ticket ordering functionality is clunky at best and led to a very frustrating five attempts and a phone reboot to place a simple order for tickets. Running the app on iPhone X. The app locked up at random points in the process. The back arrow on the upper left appears to be non-functional which forced the app restarts when it locked up. Even after eventually completing the process I had to kill the app to get back to the Home Screen to view the tickets I just bought. Lots of updates needed to just get basic functionality.

App freezes and doesn’t let you buy tickets
I’ve bought at least 10 sets of concert tickets on the app in the past few years, then it started saying that I looked like a bot and couldn’t buy tickets through the app anymore. At other times it just freezes. I’m not sure what’s up, as the tickets I’ve bought, I’ve the used at the gate so it doesn’t seem like this should track as scammer behavior.

No weather info
No notifications regarding 2.5 hour weather delay. Don’t expect the folks at the venue to keep you posted through this app. If you are from out of town AXS suggests loading the app but I didn’t need it to get in. Purposeless.
Could not easily select seat and order tickets using mobile app
Graphic image of seats was so small, my finger kept selecting the wrong one. I could not unselect the seat to choose another one. The only way to tell the price was to go through almost the entire ordering process. It would be great to have the price pop up in a balloon when choosing. Once I went through to the payment screen, I could not go back and select another seat. The screen showed an error message and said I should try back later. I have been trying all night. Message says to refresh screen and try again, but there is nowhere to select refresh on the app. I have restarted my phone 3 times to clear the message to no avail. I give up.

No service inside the venue. Tried accessing mobile ordering from two different cellular providers & was unable to use.

Worst mobile ticket app I’ve ever used. Between this and axs always crashes when I try to buy tickets. Crazy that a company would make me work this hard to give them money. Terrible.
Bait and switch
The app worked great before the show started, but even then I could tell that they were under staffed. The bottom line here is that there is only one Mobile pick up at each bar. And with that the bartender that was taking the mobile pick up orders was also taking orders from the non mobile pick up line.
I waited in line for 30+ minutes after I ordered. Then I ended up missing the first few songs of the headliner too. I got to the bar, scanned my QR code for the order, and the bartender wanted to see the order on my phone (not the ticket that printed on their end). Well after I scanned it All I had left was the QR, and they couldn’t tell me how to get back to the itemized part of the screen.
They were clearly understaffed and underpaid.
They need to either get more mobile pickup spots or dedicate one of their bartenders to only handle mobile pick up orders.
The system is broken and it screws over the guest and the red rocks staff.

Useless!
App is completely useless - unable to create an account or sign in! It should be pulled from the App Store unless it is fixed! The AXS app instructs you to create a Red Rocks account to attend a show with AXS purchased tickets, but then you CANNOT create a Red Rocks account on the Red Rocks app!!!
Mobile ordering doesn’t work
Just like others have said mobile ordering charges your card no problem but you’ll never get the text that it’s ready to pickup. Without this text nobody will help you. I’ve initiated a chargeback on my credit card.
Worst App
When I opened the mobile order it had four drinks pre selected. I tried to remove them and it said I owed $56. When I went to get it fixed I ended up waiting an hour in line and missed the entire second act. Worst app ever.
