I purchased this app with the intentions of using my MacBook along with my phone. I went to thier website and I read no longer supports Mac . Just windows. It a been nice if this app site mentioned that.

I’d like to mention I paid for this app and the server has been down for 3 weeks. They keep saying they are working on it. The app will not work and I get a systems error.

After I raised issues, they repeatedly strung me along with vague assurances like “we’re working on it,” without providing real updates or solutions. Tech support was dismissive and unclear, offering little meaningful help. Now, the company’s website no longer shows any sign of the app they were actively advertising. Overall, this feels misleading and poorly handled, and it’s disappointing to see such a lack of transparency and accountability.
