This app makes me want to cry
It’s literally useless. Does not track driver, the history tab just says “Oops! Something went wrong!” And it doesn’t let me order a new cab because it says I already have one booked but it’s been over 30 mins and nobody has shown up, but I did get a nice email receipt for a ride that never occurred.

Hot Garbage
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! Love the idea but it barely works. When it does it changes my pickup address to a house that is a different number so that pisses me and the cab driver off. Good job. Couldn’t even get the app to work today without crashing, thought it would be convenient because I don’t have calling on my phone but Jesus Christ it’s not worth the headaches and frustration. Maybe spend more than $20 on your app

Not happy
I added my cc on file prebooked 4 trips and was charged 25.00 today for trips that's are booked days from now not happy as it does not say anywhere that I can find that you are going to be charged prior to your trip. Have now canceled the prebooks and will just book day of and pay cash

It’s an okay app, I use it a lot as I am a University student. My one issue is that it goes down every two weeks and take two weeks for it to go back online.

Love this app, for personal use and work. I work in a bar and need to get cabs for customers often. Love how you can send a note to the driver, very handy for giving them the customers name.
