Very solid company with great reputation but has a very cheapy app with many flaws
First time rider
Late. Ok. No notification. Not ok. Address wrong. Driver “we used to pick up on Bowie.” Apple Map confirmed 165 Bowie St San Antonio TX. Head valet at Marriott confirmed Bowie. USAF conditioned this 80-yr old to run two blocks when bus passed me by. Fix this. dp
Accessibility for the app
I want to give this app five stars, however, can you please make the app more accessible for voiceover users? After the recent update I am unable to search and book my flight flights without having a side person to help me out and some other buttons are not functionable with or without my screen reader being active or non-active.

Horrible service

Terrible service
I canceled a trip and got a voucher. When I go to book my next trip, the system doesn’t recognize the voucher. I finally found a number and called and they told me to wait 15 minutes and try again. I asked if they did anything on their end to ensure the voucher worked, and the representative said “no”. They are not helpful at all!!!! In the meantime, I am risking my trip getting sold out.
