I’ve been using Redcon1 products for years… great tasting and great quality products
App needs improvement
The products take a while to deliver so I’d suggest ordering at least 3 weeks in advance. I’ve purchased several items on the app and yet my order history states I haven’t purchased anything. There’s also no option to contact customer service.

This flavor is amazing! I also received an energy shot, which are super convenient as a driver on those days you just need the extra energy to make all those apartment stairs climbing.
Cart Issue
I can't put anything in my cart. When I click "Add to bag" it redirects me to the cart and says "Nothing in your cart". The only option then is to "Start Shopping" and now you're in this circle of rediculousness and unable to buy any products from them. If Redcon doesn't need money I'll give mine to a company that doesn't prohibit me from buying thier products.

MRE Lite spoiled me.
I can’t enjoy a different brand. I’ve wasted my money on multiple other brands but always come back to RedCon1. They’re delicious and do the trick.

I love redcons products. What I hate, is that so many of the products or the flavors of those products have just disappeared without any reason.
What can I say? The quality is here!
My only words are, you sell out of the really good stuff fast. Then again, I might be moving too slow. I am just waiting for the alert for the CLA. You guys & gals are great!

Only brand I trust
REDCON1 has been my go to now for for over 5 years. From protein to pre-workout, gear to recommendations, I’ve never been let down or disappointed. Customer service is beyond amazing. Products are far and beyond. Upon returning from a reconstructive surgery, it was REDCON1 protein I depended on to rebuild. When my hours required a shift, it was the switch from non-stim to total war that kept me dedicated and pushing. Huge thanks to REDCON1!

Website and app inconsistent
I get different prices when applying discount codes on the website and on the app. Not to mention I can only use my points on the website to redeem rewards. App needs work to use rewards without redirecting to the website. Also, trying to cash in my rewards for free stuff doesn’t work with the discount codes, and it tries to charge me for the free rewards I’m supposed to get. Just a hot mess

Enjoy the company’s product when I actually have it. Ordered product that sat in one location for 5 days. Emailed Redcon asking what the deal was. The “customer service rep” put it on the shipping company and told me to wait 2 more days. I waited two more days and my order was still in the same place. Reached out again to be told that the things I ordered were out of stock. How can my order be in the middle of shipping and the shipping company blamed for the late arrival when the items are out of stock? lol this company. So the rep put a new order in for me with random flavors and told me it would be sent immediately with priority. That was 4 days ago and my order still has not been shipped. I will never order from Redcon again.

Ok App Terrible Service
The app itself works OK, nothing ground breaking and fairly basic for a company their size. The real issue is getting your products. I’ve had several orders lately take up to a month to ship and now most recently an order was cancelled without notice and no refund.
