Problems in emails

Unable to reply, forward mails since last few months and despite contacting the customer care team and forwarding them the screenshot of mail page they have not resolved the issue which is very frustrating

No reply or forward tab

This is one of the earliest app before GMAIL was commonly launched. Given that more than 2 decades this email is used, it’s pathetic to note that reply, reply all and forward tabs are not available for free users. Why the hell this exist if this basic features are required in IOS version.

Poor Mobile app

The mobile app of rediffmail especially is missing basic feature like reply all kind of of stuff. It’s a very poorly designed app . Anyway don’t want to write much about this because I have been using this since 1997 and at least have to thank the availability of this service

Current App when mail opens no options of reply or forward is getting shown on bottom strip?

I have been using rediff mail as my primary mail linked with banks and important communications but current updated version on latest IOS app is showing black strip instead of reply forward button pls resolve this major issue. Edit: Post providing you guys with all the relevant info still issue is not resolved?

UX downgraded

Ux has never been a strong point for rediff, but I stand with it because of *clean mailbox and *negligible spam. However this new ui *forcing UPI registration* seems to be testing the patience. You are late to party so please don’t force ppl to join by blocking mail access with UPI banner. If you want ppl to register on your UPI give them compelling features.

REDIFF GOING WORST

This particular new app is off and on giving trouble time to time with different issues.
Since last couple of weeks now it’s been going OFF and asking to login again and again.
While just in Inbox when you tap it flickers and gets shut

Once a Trusted Email for Indians — Now Held Back by Poor Performance

I have been a loyal user of this email service for almost two decades. For many Indians, including me, this was once one of the most dependable and preferred email platforms. Despite having Gmail and several other accounts, I continued using this as my primary official email because of long-standing trust and familiarity.

Unfortunately, the service has not evolved with time. For many years, the app has struggled with delays, non-responsive behaviour, and overall inconsistency. Instead of focusing on improving stability, speed, and reliability—the core functions of an email service—the app keeps adding unrelated features like stock market updates and shopping sections, which only make the interface cluttered and difficult to use.

It is disappointing to see how far the quality has fallen, especially after previously iconic services like Rediff Bol. I have genuinely tried to continue using this platform for the last few years, hoping for improvements, but the experience has only worsened. I was even willing to pay for a premium storage plan, but it is offered only to business users, not individual loyal customers.

At this point, I have begun moving all my important communication to another email provider. I truly hope the team realises that to compete with the real players, they need to prioritise reliability, modernisation, and customer experience over unnecessary features.

A once-great service that urgently needs a complete revamp.

A real all-in-one app

Love the app that features news, emails and now bill payments. I don’t need other apps on my phone.

Needs a lot of upgrade

The App needs serious upgrade. The photos in the attachment are not visible. So we need to download the photo first and then view them. A thumbnail will be helpful. So option to undo the text.

Bill payment reminder are amazing

I had to remember my bill payments earlier but the way Rediff shows all the bills and due bills is very simple and easy to follow. I’m paying all of my bills using this only now.

Screen does not auto rotate on ios

The screen does not auto rotate while using the app. This makes it difficult to work on devices like iPad making work with the app a bit cumbersome.

Worse app

I have always been using Rediffmail without any problem but the new app has thrown all that out and i am in deep trouble as it’s the email just does not work well in the new app specially the inbox and sent folders. Please revert back to the old version. By trying to be fancy it has lost its functions.
