Not good business practice

Worst app ever you get no points discount for gas. They take points but never give discount. They lost my $10,000 plus a year year business my.

Search bar

One of the main things this app is supposed to do is search and that doesn’t work. There’s no point of a shopping list if I search for “milk” and it shows “no product available”. This is should be an very easy fix but seems to have been there for months

Much approved from past years

Now I can look up prices of items not on sale at home. Previously I only knew prices of items on sale in the online ad. This helps me plan what to buy before leaving home, so I spend less time on my feet in the store.

Not an improvement

There isn’t an actual ad. Pictures will still show an entree instead of the actual product, ham is ham, not a full hoagie. The videos starting as you are scrolling is probably the most annoying.

Inept Security

The mobile app only accepts a PIN number and requests a 6-digit pin. This is a poor level of security and I would never store a credit card in a database setup that way. Website allows regular password but now I wonder how secure their whole system can be if IT allows 6- digit pins.

I won’t be using their online systems.

Wonderful

So happy Redner’s finally created an app so people can see what's on sale and check the prices of items they are interested in. Great job runner. So far the app is working great.

No good.

No good.

Won’t accept my email address

Can’t click coupons without signing in. I already have the keychain that I scan when I buy groceries. I’ve tried several variations of email addresses — I have owned my domain for almost 3 decades and have unlimited virtual email addresses — and this silly app rejects it.

It won’t let me proceed. Hire a better team, this is silly basic stuff. Google for how to determine if email addresses are legitimate, or send a verification email if you aren’t sure like everyone else does.

Card doesn’t work for gas points

I’ve tried numerous times to use my gas card. Talked to customer service, they said they’ll straighten it out. They haven’t. I have tons of points, but card always shows “0” points. This was way better before the app came along.

Past purchases!

The new app is nice. However, they don't have the list of past purchases, which was the single most useful tool to build your order. This is especially important since there doesn't seem to be much improvement with the search functionality. You can reorder a past order but that is not equivalent to a list of items purchased in the past x amount of time. Also, the online check in to say I'm here doesn't work at my store, still have to call.

A step backward

In some ways the app is better, they now allow you access to your reward points for example.

But they no longer have the option to shop from previous orders, which I used regularly.

Yes, you can create custom lists, but the other was automatic.

Not Helpful

This app never has the weekly deals. I clip and coupon and it unclips when I clip another coupon.

Email issue

Won’t accept email

Great App!

Love the digital coupons and how the app will show similar items when you clipped the coupon as a reminder to use it! Overall a great app

Horrible app with no functionality

Searching for items on the app always gives zero results. Even for pasta. Nothing. Zip, zilch, nada. Worthless.

Sign UP first, don’t Sign IN

This new app functions much better than the old version, though the initial log in IS confusing. Even if you have an existing account through the old version, you have to “sign up” using the same email as before and once your phone number is entered, all of your information transfers over to the new app account. Once past this hiccup, it’s not a so hard to maneuver through the apps functions. Hopefully this helps the others I’ve seen review that are struggling to log in -Redner’s employee

Editing to add:
The card # in the new app is different than the physical cards old members will have. However they are linked and can be used interchangeably. The longer number in the app is your grocery card number. The physical cards are your fuel card number (which is also displayed in the app under “manage fuel card”) physical cards are no longer needed unless you wish to redeem rewards at the gas pump. There is a digital grocery card you can scan in the app when checking out, or entering your phone number in the pin pads at check out.

Your new app

I have tried to get on Redner’s app and it is telling me that all the information that I was putting in is invalid. Nothing has changed and I have tried so many times to put my information in and it keeps saying that it is invalid. Tried of trying to get on the app. I don’t know what you have done to it.

Simple, Fast, and Convenient

Super easy to find savings and products. The app is smooth, intuitive, and makes shopping effortless.

Wrong card #

I was told I needed to download the new app to show my bonus points! So I did, interestingly my card I’m holding in my hand and the card number in app are TWO different reward numbers! Ugh, I only ever had one card!!!

Bad

So you can see your reward points. See what reward points are exiting BUT not WHEN!!! Dumb if you ask me. Not do Redners receipts give that information anymore.
