Made an account to share photos with friends and family back in China. Account was banned in a week when the only photo I’ve posted was of a building. Appeals have failed.
phone number unfairly restricted
they restricted my entire phone number because i deleted my previous account during a “violation period” even though i did nothing wrong. i only got hit with this violation because i commented once on a video.
Most unprofessional service I have ever seen in 10 years
I have been blocked by the auto evaluation system twice in this app. Filed complaint. No response. I don’t even post comments in this app. How can I violate the commenting policy? The app is pushing users away. Do not recommend anyone using it.

My version is buggy. Tried reaching out to their support team. Just couldn’t get through to a real human, because the bot is extremely useless and spews out nonsense to waste your time. Also they might shadow ban you for no reason

Now I’ve fill out the form required by Rednote. I’m I am officially authorised and regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), the UK government regulator for immigration advice and services. Rednote repeatedly suspended my account and rejected my verification. Let’s see whether Rednote can now give me a proper explanation.

The Ai Can Ban Your Account And Customer Support Doesn’t Know Why
Red Note uses an overly aggressive AI that often falsely detects posts that it thinks violate community. Unfortunately it misses the mark more often than not and flags innocent accounts leaving them unable to post or interact with followers. After you spend time building your community a bot can destroy your community in a second leaving you with no way to recover. The appeal process is in Chinese and customer support may not be able to tell you what you being punished for. Like most social media platforms Red Note implemented an algorithm that is buggy at best.

不让实名认证，然后什么功能都用不了
发了个帖子找驴友，之后发了几条私信，就把我账户冻结了。冻结可以实名认证后自动解封，我就用身份证号试了试。输完身份证号后怎么点认证按钮都失败，因为要在“常用设备”认证，试了平板和手机都不行，这是我唯二的设备了。想要申诉也不行，申诉页面永远加载不出来。然后又试了外国护照，瞎填了几个数字和日期，点认证按钮就下一步了。什么意思？外国人做认证就很简单，中国人就要被卡是吧。崇洋媚外给你玩明白了
