My account was banned for no clear reason but it has been reinstated thanks to a staff member. I am now pleased that my likes and favourites have returned and that I can enjoy the app. Thank-you for the good assistance. The app is really good for learning about Chinese culture and travel! I previously rated the app poorly due to the unfair ban but now that this has been resolved, I am happy to rerate the app!

It’s Colombia, not Columbia!
Colombia is misspelled as Columbia on the list of countries and regions that can be displayed on one’s profile. I understand it’s a minor issue, but it’s my only negative so far and I’m sure it could be easily fixed so please do. The app is otherwise great.
十年老用户失望
用了十年 以前都挺好 这两年开始是吃到什么下沉红利了？新进一大堆的三无账号到处恶臭发言 正常人却被删帖删评论标准毫无依据也没有通知 投诉也不好好处理 挑拨对立永远是已重点关注的处理结果 你们指望这些三无是能在你们那花钱还是怎么着 把我们这些老用户真金白银买东西的都得罪光了对你们有什么好处？难以理解 去年就忍不了了删了一次 今年想上去看看有没有改变 更差了简直文明倒退 以前的美好环境氛围全被搞臭了 如果你们忘了你们是怎么起家的那离退出市场就不远了 看你们appstore还标着“share connect love”请问这个标语还记着呢吗

帳號有時候看一看都會突然出現網路風險 去找官方也是一樣一直顯示網路風險根本沒辦法找官方 也會莫名其妙被限制我都沒幹嘛

Xiaohongshu has heavily censored discussions related to the Wang Wang case, which is deeply disappointing. Silencing these voices only hides the problem. People should be free to raise awareness and call for China to enact comprehensive animal protection laws, so tragedies like Wang Wang’s never happen again.

Terrible app
Absolutely trash app. If you try to speak up for animal right, you posts get banned instantly. I tired posting about Wang Wang, the dog that was horribly abused and killed by four teens, and rednote blocked everything. It is disgusting that the platform suppresses justice for animals like this. Do not download!
