Lock account for no reason
After two weeks of not using, my account was suddenly locked. All my profile was reverted to an ugly default, and everyone else cannot see my notes nor my comments. I contacted the customer service multiple times, no response.
It wont let me delete my account
It keeps telling me that my account didn’t make a cancellation request even though I did, but it wont let me delete my account whatsoever which is really frustrating and nothing online is helping me and not the support either. I don’t want this app to collect my data, it’s been a year and I am still frustrated
