No Apple Pay, etc
No Apple Pay!!! It was introduced 12 yrs ago. Apps that don’t use it are just inviting hackers to steal customers CC# data. Great business decision
App sucks
The pizza is great but the app sucks for ordering. Consistently hangs up and glitches out of menu options. Also adds items to the cart and then randomly removes them.
Recent Updates Prevent Purchases
I recently updated to the latest version of the app, since the previous version would not let me add items to the cart. The new version allows me to add items to the cart, however now I cannot checkout. There is some artifact or dialogue box over the choose payment function so I cannot checkout never choose a credit card for checking out. In general the app feels super janky. Use a browser instead.

Great pizza! Broken App!
Used the previous version of this app for years without any incident and now it’s been “improved“ in such a way that it looks pretty from UI standpoint except everything is now way too large for a phone screen, and more to the point you can’t actually complete the order because it just throws an error code 403 and then tells you to hold down a blue oval to prove you’re not a bot, but it never moves onto the next step.
This “update” should not have been released without proper testing. All of the app, preview images above, by the way, are from the old UI, not the new UI. Developer couldn’t even be bothered to update the App Store listing. Fire the app developer.

Mouth Watering Pizza
I tried red’s savoy pizza for the very first time the other day. It is highly recommended for a quick mouth watering pizza. They put in their pride and joy into every pizza. Leaving your mouth watering with every single square cut piece. If you’re looking for a homemade like quality and delicious pizza. I highly recommend ordering from here! 10/10!!!

Ordered. Then told stores closed
Why not list hours for store on app. Spent 10 min ordering, click checkout, pop up says the store selected is closed. Why not list hours in the store details? Or block out any locations that are closed.

Missed it by THAT much
Tried to use the PIDAY code to get the day’s special discount only to find out that it didn’t apply because my total was 25 cents shy of $15. Kinda lame, methinks.
Tips
Why is it so easy not to tip. I had a tip selected and mot it’s not there. Apparently I can’t modify either. I love the food. I just wish I could tip now because nobody carries cash anymore.
Just just the website
This is another one of those apps where if you don’t remember your username and or password you have to spend five minutes solving it in a very clunky UI. Just use the website if you want to eat here or go somewhere else.

Gotta love their ingredients top-notch. Always consistent. Great service great staff love the pizza. You’ve never had it. You owe it to yourself to enjoy one of the best pizzas ever if not the best.

1st time trying…
I had never heard of Savoy‘s pizza… however, my husband had. Picked up a pizza this month from the Shakopee store and it was by far my new #1. I loved the crispy crust, fresh ingredients, lots of cheese, great sauce, tasty sausage, I can’t wait to have it again!! Highly recommend!
