Itโs great if you never have to use it
I love how every time I need to use this terrible app I have to go through a long login process and then fight the miserable wifi config for half an hour.

Before I say thisโฆ. Just know, I never rate apps.
My 16 year old can develop a better app. With as advanced as we are with technology, having an app that resembles garbage as much as this one does is pretty sad.
That saidโฆ. If you have the Redtiger VP20, you can only bound (or register) two cameras to your account. Once you register your 3rd camera, a previously connected camera is deleted. I have 3 cars so I have 3 cameras but my app only allows me to register 2 cameras.
The picture quality and sound and ease of installation was great for all 3 of my cameras. The app just sucks.

After leaving this review, customer service contacted me and informed me I was running an older version of the app and the app also encountered an unexpected issue. After updating the app, I can now add all 3 of my devices.

I purchased this dash cam on Amazon and saw it was highly recommended and thousands of people bought it. Then after getting it installed I went to download this app and I was really surprised by the very few people who downloaded this app and the low rating. I soon realized itโs because this app is useless, you have to be inside the car and connect to the dash cam WiFi every time you want to use the app. You can never view the dash cam from your home or receive moment alerts like other dash cam. Using the app is nearly impossible for my older mother because itโs difficult for her to connect to the WiFi. Sadly itโs took late for us because itโs already been installed and we throw out the box. But to everyone else I would advise you to return your device when you still have the chance.
